Our CIO was selected to speak at TEDx Plainpalais in Geneva, Switzerland in February 2013 among a handpicked few of global speakers, and his talk was voted as the best talk in the event gathering over 300,000 views in just a few weeks after its release. The organizers of this world-class event chose as a concept “the power of one” reflecting what powers just one person may have that can change a tiny part of the world as we know it. Accordingly the choice came on ozb’s founder to explain how he built a successful international business out of an industry that does not exist, an industry that he created himself out of mere passion and a clear philosophy in life.  In this short talk, he is sharing his life story and reflecting on how the C-Spot model he created -which mirrors ozb’s philosophy- helped him in his business & personal life.
