It’s been yet another milestone year for ozb worthy of us approaching our twentieth anniversary, these past twelve months have witnessed some groundbreaking changes steering the company towards the level of maturity it deserves at this stage. Everything is changing so fast and so beautifully that we can hardly believe we pulled all this with such speed; a refined new vision enabling our global aspirations, a sharpened & focused business model aligning our troops behind one ambition, a totally refreshed Brand Identity reflecting our strong equity as pioneers in corporate storytelling, a multinational regional and central Executive Team leading the future, a robust global structure with new offices in major cities around the world, and the attraction of some world-class talents enriching our dynamically growing team. It took us that long to come to this success, and now we are reinventing ourselves one more time.
ozb has been fulfilling its promise of inspiring people to redefine their potential in multinationals around the world for two decades, and has created a totally new industry in the process; Inspirational Corporate Storytelling or ICS. We built a unique know-how and solid proprietary models enabling us to simplify complex corporate messages into seamless, engaging and everlasting stories that touch organizations and inspire their people to change their behaviors in order to deliver better business results. Our proven model and philosophy has always been to get people to fall in love with a compelling mindset, learn how to master it, until it is instilled within them so they actually live it. That is why we are never about a one time project, but long term impact, we are not events organizers although we organize events, we are not presentations builders although we build presentations, we are rather mindset crafters, we shape lasting mindsets in organizations when it’s needed the most.
In 2015 our partners rewarded ozb with great business enabling us to deliver our best year ever, both on top line and bottom line. With a very rich portfolio of services balanced across the regions we operate in, we did all this while in parallel deploying a refined vision & business model to accommodate for the new era we are embarking on aiming at exploding our business to new horizons by 2020. The new vision is more focused on our core; corporate storytelling, and a lot more services serving that core across the year, it also expands our reach from regional to global which we already started delivering on with our first projects in the Americas continent in Cincinnati, Ohio, and Panama and acquired new major partners such as Walgreens Boots Alliance in the UK as part of our Europe operations, and SC Johnson in the Near East & Africa region and Waad Academy in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2016 is rich with great news for ozb all lined up for us to reveal in due time, from new office openings in Europe and the Middle East, to new high profile Executives joining the leadership team, to new global partners, new expansions, new sponsorships, business success, and last but not least; the celebration of our twentieth anniversary towards the end of the year with all those who helped us be where we are and where we are committed to be. It has been a twenty-year long journey that feels like it is just starting now.
